43 Annual VLTBC Masters Indoor Tennis Championships

Proof of double vaccination and government issued photo I.D. is required for ages 12+ to enter Vancouver Lawn. There are no exceptions.

The Masters tournament is sanctioned by the International Tennis Federation as a 400-series event. The tournament draws the best seniors players from across BC and beyond with 300 partcipants.

Draws & Schedule

The schedule for the first 3 days of the tournament is posted. The schedule for April 4th and 5th will be available the evening of March 31st. Players are responsible for checking the link regularly!

Vancouver Lawn Rules

  • Masks are not required but are recommended when indoors especially in the tennis viewing area.
  • Talking on cell phones inside the Club is not allowed. Please turn mobile devices off or to silent before entering. Text/email is okay. No audio!
  • VLTBC has a strict white court attire policy. Each article of visible clothing including hats, visors, headbands, socks, shorts, shirts, and warm-up clothing must be predominantly white. No more than 10% color on each visible item. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. Colored shoes and athletic braces are allowed.


  • Spectators are welcome but must show proof of double vaccination and government issued photo I.D to enter the Club.
  • Note that there is no specator space inside our tennis bubble.​


  • Street parking is available. Please watch for restrictions.
  • ​Guests may park in the VLTBC front parking lot accessed off of Fir Street or the roof top parking lot accessed off of 16th Avenue.
  • All guests must enter through the Front Entrance accessed off of Fir Street at 15th Avenue.
  • If you park in our lots, please register your license plate with Member Services.

General Schedule & Avoidances

Consolations will be offered for all first match losers so you are guaranteed 2 matches. You must register for consolations with the Tournament Referee.

Events for the 30-55 categories will be played from 5pm onwards on weekdays and from 9am-10pm on weekends.

Events for 60+ categories will be played from 1pm onwards on weekdays and between 9am-10pm on weekends.

Players' Reception 

Players' Reception - Tuesday, April 5th from 5:30-7:00pm. Dress code smart casual. No guest tickets are available at this time.

Practice Courts & Club Facilities

Practice courts are not available. Tournament players may use the locker rooms and Fitness Annex area for warm up but are not permitted to use any other club facilities including the pool, hot tub, or courts outside of tournament play unless they have a valid reciprocal member card.

Food & Beverage

Outside food and beverage is not permitted. Non-Members may purchase food and beverages at the Club using debit or credit card. We do not accept cash anywhere in the Club. 

Entry Fee

IPIN fee, player gift, and players' reception included.

Payment of the entry fee is due before the tournament starts. A 10% admin fee will be added for late payments.
